Business Plan Firm is the US practice of Avvale, a London-based consultancy that has written business plans, financial models and pitch decks behind $1B+ in funding documents for 300+ businesses across 30 countries.
Where we are: we are a UK firm serving US clients remotely. Our writers work UK hours with US-hours cover from 9am to 6pm ET, and every plan is written to US lender and USCIS conventions — US spelling, US accounting presentation, SBA SOP terminology, and US market data. We say this plainly because you should know who you are hiring.
Who writes your plan
Engagements are led by Muhammad Tayyab Shabbir, founder of Avvale. He holds an MSci from University College London, is a published textbook author, and has personally led plan and model work for founders raising seed through Series A, for SBA 7(a) and 504 borrowers, and for immigration filings including E-2, L-1 and EB-5.
Clients have included businesses featured on Shark Tank and Dragons' Den. Work is delivered by a small named team rather than an anonymous writer pool — you know who is drafting your document and you speak to them directly.

What we don't do
We think this matters more than a capabilities list.
- We are not attorneys. We do not give legal or immigration advice. On visa engagements your attorney owns the petition and the legal strategy; we write the business and financial evidence that supports it.
- We are not licensed appraisers or CPAs. We do not issue MAI appraisals or CPA examination opinions. Where a lender or agency requires one, we say so and refer it out.
- We do not guarantee outcomes. No consultancy can promise a loan approval, an investment or a visa grant. Anyone who does is telling you something they cannot know.
How we price
Prices are published on every service page. We do not run discovery calls designed to work out what you can afford. Business plans start at $1,000; SBA plans at $1,000; immigration plans at $1,900; financial models at $750. What each tier includes is listed in full before you speak to anyone.
