What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not run advertising pixels or retargeting tags on this site.
- We do not ask for financial account numbers, card details or government ID numbers through this website. If you ever receive a request appearing to come from us asking for those through a web form, it is not from us.
Third parties that receive data
- Google (Analytics) — usage analytics. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on.
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN and security.
- TidyCal — call scheduling, only if you book.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site, which involves a request to Google's servers.
Legal basis
Where UK/EU law applies, we rely on legitimate interests for security and basic analytics, and on your consent or the performance of a contract when you contact us or book a call.
How long we keep it
Analytics data is retained on Google's standard retention setting. Enquiry emails and booking records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our accounting and legal obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. UK and EU residents may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA including the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined.
To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows.
International transfers
We are a UK company and our service providers operate globally, so your information may be processed outside your country. Where UK/EU data leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on the safeguards our providers have in place, including standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This site sets Google Analytics cookies to measure usage, and Cloudflare may set cookies necessary for security and delivery. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Children
This site is intended for business users and is not directed at anyone under 16.
