Every package is a fixed price agreed on your call. UK clients add VAT. Prices are set by Business Plan Firm, the US practice of Avvale, a London consultancy, 500+ businesses across 30+ countries, $1B+ in funding documents, Shark Tank and Dragons' Den clients, led by Muhammad Tayyab Shabbir.
Why do we publish prices when competitors don't?
Because a published price pre-qualifies. If $1,800 for a Standard business plan is outside your budget, you find that out here in thirty seconds rather than on a thirty-minute call neither of us needed. And because we do not negotiate: the figure on this page is the figure on the proposal, so there is nothing to gain by holding it back for the call. It is our own reading of this market, a judgment, not a measured statistic, that most firms quote a wide industry range while keeping their own number for the phone. We would rather be compared on a price we are willing to print.
The call still matters, but it is for scope, not haggling: which tier your lender, investor or adjudicator actually requires, what your deadline allows, and which single deliverable fits it.
What's never included?
The fixed fee buys the deliverable and the included revisions, nothing hidden, but also nothing beyond it. Specifically, across all services we never include:
- Legal or immigration advice. We are not a law firm; we do not select visa categories, assess eligibility, or file anything with USCIS or a consulate. Government filing fees, attorney fees and the investment itself are not included, and we never charge a success fee or a percentage of a raise.
- Loan submission. We are not a lender and do not submit your SBA application; on Premium SBA packages we liaise with your broker and lender, but the application is yours.
- Licensed third-party work. No MAI appraisals, no CPA examination opinions, no energy audits or PE-stamped engineering reports. Where a program requires one, we coordinate with the licensed professional rather than imitate them.
- Verification of your figures. Our documents are built on the information you provide, and we cannot independently verify your numbers.
- A guaranteed answer. On feasibility studies, if the finding is "do not proceed," we deliver the study and the fee stands: a negative finding is a usable answer, not a failed deliverable.
Work beyond the agreed scope, a new location, a different investment amount, a new entity, is new work, quoted separately before we do it.
How do payments work?
Work begins when the agreed deposit or full fee is received. Scope, price, deliverables, turnaround and the number of included revision rounds are all set out in your proposal before work starts, so there is nothing to renegotiate mid-project. Timelines assume you supply the information we request; delays in getting it to us move the delivery date. On full payment, you own the final deliverable and may use it however you wish. Full terms are on our terms page.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a business plan cost?
At Business Plan Firm, a business plan costs $1,000 (Essential), $1,800 (Standard) or $2,800 (Premium). SBA loan plans run $1,000 to $2,500 and immigration business plans $1,900 to $3,200. Every price is fixed before work starts: no hourly billing, no surprises at delivery.
Are your prices negotiable?
No. Every package is a fixed price agreed on your call, and the call sets scope, not the number. UK clients add VAT.
Are revisions included?
Each service page states its own revision terms. Where the pricing cards say so, Essential packages include one revision round (on immigration plans, a free RFE-directed revision) and Standard packages include unlimited revisions within the agreed scope; feasibility studies state their revision terms at scoping. Revisions revise the same document; a materially different business or loan is new work and quoted as such.
How is pitch deck pricing structured?
Pitch decks run Essential $1,950, Standard $2,950 and Premium $3,950, fixed fees, published on the pitch deck page. Typical turnaround is 7 to 10 days from the strategy call; our fastest rush is 48 hours, agreed and priced in advance.
What is the least expensive way to work with you?
Essential market research at $500 or an Essential financial model at $750. Both are complete standalone deliverables and either can later drop into a full business plan without paying for the work twice.
When were these prices last updated?
These prices were published and are effective as of August 2026. If a price changes, this page changes with it: the table above is the canonical list, and there are no unpublished rates behind it.
